SINGLE PROGRAMS
Half Day (In Person) -- 30 Minutes to 3 Hours .....................................................................................................................$6,000
Half Day (Webinar) -- 30 Minutes to 3 Hours .....................................................................................................................$4,000
MULTIPLE PROGRAMS
(Additional programs at same event on the same day) 50% fee reduction + you'll save additional airfare and expenses.
MULTIPLE DATES
(Additional programs at different events on the same agreement)
1. 2-5 Programs - $500 fee reduction for each program
2. 6-10 Programs - $750 fee reduction for each program
3. 11 or more Programs - $1000 fee reduction for each program
TRAVEL EXPENSES
All fees are plus hotel, business class travel and incidental expenses. No expenses for Charlotte area unless overnight stay is required. All travel expenses will be prorated if Greg is on the road at a time when he can coordinate his schedule in conjunction with your presentation.
SUPPORT MATERIALS
Materials for participants will be invoiced as quoted.
AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Any non-profit distribution of the program within your organization is permitted, given a master copy of such recording is supplied to and approved by the speaker. Profit seeking distribution of any magnitude requires a separate written royalty agreement.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your date(s), a non refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed upon fee is due within 10 days of confirmation of the engagement. Balance is due two weeks prior to the event. In the event of program cancellation, Greg will re-book the program on a mutually convenient date with no penalty. If program is cancelled by client and not rescheduled, deposit will be full and complete settlement.
